The foundation is made up of five amazing board members who tirelessly devote themselves to bettering all outdoor spaces in Ocean Shores.
I have been a full-time resident of Ocean Shores since 2012. I have continuously volunteered with the
Ocean Shores Food Bank, North Beach Senior Center and KOSW. I currently sit on the Ocean Shores Parks Board, several foundations, North Beach Independent Media and my non-profit
“Caring for Poor and Orphaned Children”, serving families in Cambodia by providing access to clean
water and education. These passions have expanded my view of the world believing that everyone
deserves kindness and respect.
Having lived in Ocean Shores and being an avid runner and biker, I quickly saw the need to better our community outdoor spaces. I applied to be on the Ocean Shores Parks Board and currently hold the title of President. I love all things outdoor and believe that exercise is the key to longevity.
I just moved to Ocean Shores in March of 2021 but growing up in Grays Harbor, the beach has always been one of my favorite places to visit. I am happy to serve on the OS Parks Conservation Foundation because I believe that the beauty of our natural habitats, wildlife, waterways and parks are what make Ocean Shores so special.
I moved to Ocean Shores with my husband Eric in 2015. I hold a degree in English Education. Currently I am involved with 7th Street Kids in Hoquiam. Despite the hours inside theaters, I love the Pacific Northwest outdoor life and specifically our local community's bay, hikes, beaches, and parks.
